Lisa's not just the founder of Bite Club—she’s the heart, soul, and sugar-dusted hustle behind every batch. A mama with big dreams and even bigger mixing bowls, she started Bite Club in her kitchen, chasing a vision of building something sweet for her kids and her community.
What began as late-night baking therapy turned into a full-blown cookie empire—one gooey, over-the-top creation at a time. Now, Lisa’s on a mission to bring joy, indulgence, and a little chaos to every cookie box.
Her motto? Life’s too short for boring cookies.
From market mornings to late-night label printing, she does it all—with flour on her face, sass in her step, and three little taste-testers cheering her on.

Backed by three tiny taste-testers and fuelled by lots of caffeine and a smidge of chaos, every cookie is crafted to be over-the-top, joy-filled, and worth every single bite.
